Terms of service

These terms govern your use of RemakeThat. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Contact support@remakethat.com with questions.

The service

RemakeThat turns public video links you have the right to transform into original vertical remakes starring your own AI creator. A paid plan is required to use the studio. Each complete remake consumes credits from your plan allowance.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You may sign in with email and password or with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized use.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep your rights to content you provide and to videos made for you. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. You confirm that you own, or have permission to transform, every source video you import, and that your reference photos depict you or someone who consented. Do not import private content, content that requires someone else's login, or content that recreates an identifiable real person without consent.

AI generated media can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review every output before publishing. You are responsible for how you use, label, and publish your videos, including compliance with the rules of any platform where you post and with advertising disclosure duties where applicable.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades apply immediately with proration. Downgrades and monthly to yearly moves take effect at the end of the billing period, and you keep current limits until then. Yearly plans cannot switch back to monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period through the in app cancellation flow. Contact support@remakethat.com about billing questions or failed payments, which may pause paid access until resolved.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive activity, attempt to breach security or usage limits, resell access without permission, or misrepresent AI generated content as authentic footage of real events or people. We may rate limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these terms or threaten the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for breach, nonpayment, or abuse. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted, error free, or fully accurate generation, or any particular audience, revenue, or platform outcome from your videos.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes take effect after reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
